Summer Glitz is a high traffic online shopping mall specializes in maternity clothes, baby wear and women fashionable clothes in Malaysia since 2010. We source from worldwide in order to provide a wide range of products for our customers. We are now offerring a business opportunity for individual to start their own Maternity Wear, Fashion Wear or Baby Store via drop ship method.

 

How It Works

1. Pick the products that you like on our website, we carry 5000 variety of products, all ready stock. You can market as many as your like your Facebook, Instagram, Lelong Store or Website

2. Take orders and payment from customer

3. Place your customer order on our website, make payment then notify us via payment notification form

4. We will process and ship your customer order on behalf of you. We put your name and address as the sender. Tracking number will be emailed to you.

5. Customer received your products. If there is delay or changes with the shipment, you are required to follow up with the respective courier to help your customer to expedite the delivery.

1. When you sign up this program with us, we will upgrade your account as Reseller Bronze, thereby you are entitled to 10% discount* on the products prices.

2. After which you have sold more than RM5,000 worth of products, you could request for an upgrade to Reseller Silver, thereby you would enjoy 15% discount* on the products prices.

3. When your total sales hit RM20,000, you will be entitled to 20% discount on products prices.

How to sign up as a drop ship AGENT / RESELLER

1. Sign up as a member of Summer Glitz, then fill in the Reseller Registration Form at the bottom of the page. If you fill in the form without signing up, we will not be able to process it.

2. We will upgrade your account type to Reseller Bronze once verified, within 3 working days.

3. Please go through the FAQ section below thoroughly, your questions / concerns are answered in that section below.

 

My account has been upgraded to Reseller Bronze, what now?

1. Logon to our website and you shall see Reseller Bronze pricing for all products

a. Copy the photos of the products and post it on your website / facebook for promotion

b. You can sell at any price you want, same or higher, not lower. Except branded and price controlled items (e.g. Pigeon, Autumnz, Buds, Bumble Bee, Books, etc ), you must not sell higher than suggested retail price. 

 

2. Take order and payment from customer.

a. Place your customer order on our website

b. Key in your address in the billing information (Your name and address in the billing information will be printed on the consignment note (shipping label) as sender

c. Key in your customer address as the shipping address (We do not ship to your address, drop ship account is strictly shipping to your customer address only)

* Your order will be hold for 3 working days, we are unable to hold order longer than that, as our system will automatically cancel orders not paid within 3 working days.

 

3. Make Payment

a. Pay the amount due in the invoice (exact amount) to our bank accounts within 3 days. Any excess payment will be converted to shopping voucher. We are not able to refund cash.

b. Fill in the payment notification form after payment, do not email us with payment information. Failing to fill in the payment notification will definitely delay your order.

* If your payment does not match the invoice value, your order will not be prossesed as we have not received the full payment. Thus, kindly email us if you think there is a mistake with the invoice.

* Some resellers pay 10% less from the invoice total, thinking that they are getting extra 10%, which is incorrect, as reseller is shown with reseller pricing, what you see is what you need to pay. If payment does not match the invoice value, your order will be put on hold, as we need to wait for the full payment.

* For reseller making a few orders per day, please transfer the payment for each single order, rather than 1 lump sum for few orders. and fill in the payment form for each order separately.

 

4. Processing of Order

a. We are unable to cope with urgent orders, if your customer would like it urgently, it is advisable to buy from a retail store rather than disappointing your customer.

b. Most order will be shipped on the next working day, there will be cases like surge in volume, resources shortage or any unforseen circumstances where your order will only gets shipped in 2-3 working days, we seek your understanding on this. We have received numerous harrasment from reseller when such a delay happens, as such, if you could not accept such delay, this program may not be for you.

 

5. Shipment

a. We will ship your customer order on the next business day to your customer on your behalf

b. Our company name will not appear in the shipment, instead we will print you name and address on the shipment note if you key in your name and address in the billing information, as though you were the one shipping out the products

b. We will email the tracking number to you by 3PM on the day we post you customer's order. Please do not rush us for tracking number.

d. In the case of shipment delay from courier, kindly contact the respective courier to follow up with your customer shipment (with the tracking number given)

1. Is there any minimum purchase?

No.

 

2. Are the stocks preorder?

No, all the products on our website are ready stock, we DO NOT do preorder.

 

3. Can i mark up the selling price?

Go ahead by all means.

 

4. How do i know if the products are in stock?

All productst on our website are in stock, the products will not appear when it is out of stock. Even if it does appear, you will not be able to add to cart.

 

5. How much is the postage?

We charge a flat rate (same price for any number of items) for shipping to Malaysia and Singapore, check out our flat rate shipping page.

RM8 for shipment to West Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia)

RM11 for shipment to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan)

RM30 to Singapore

 

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, minimum order applies,

Shipping to West Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia) is free when you order RM106 or more in a single order

Shipping to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) is free when you order RM212 or more in a single order

Shipping to Singapore is free when you order RM400 or more in a single order

7. Which courier do you use for shipment?

For shipment within Malaysia, we ship using Poslaju. However, we may ship using another courier if necessary.

For shipment to Singapore, we use Aramex. However, we may ship using another courier depending on availability.

 

8. Do you ship to other countries?

We ship worldwide, our international shipping partners are Aramex, DHL, UPS, Sing Post and Pos Malaysia.

 

9. Do you provide tracking number?

Yes, all shipment comes with tracking number, we will email the tracking number to you by 3PM on the day we ship your customer's order. Please do not rush us for tracking number.

 

10. Is there any registration fee?

No, it is completely free. Subject to approval, we will review your Facebook page or Website to ensure that you are serious in selling.

 

11. When can i start selling?

Sign up as a member using your email address on our website, fill in the reseller registration form below, we will reply to you within 3 working days, and by then you should be able to start selling.

 

12. Can i use your product photos for selling?

Please do that, the more photos you post, the better your chances are.

 

13. How much discount do i get?

All new agents starts with Reseller Bronze pricing, which is 10% discount from our retail price. After we have upgraded your account  to reseller bronze, you shall see the special price which is 10% less our retail price

 

14. Can i buy your products for my own use?

Strictly NO, we are offerring the discount for drop ship purpose ONLY. You must ship to your customer address, If we find that you are using the account to ship to yourself, we will terminate your account immediately.

 

15. Can you post your product in my Facebook before i join the program?

Yes, by all means go ahead!
