Payment received and notifiied via payment notification form today will be shipped the next business day,

Customer from West Malaysia will receive in the next 1-3 business days*

Customer from East Malaysia will receive within 1-3 business days* if you paid for postage, posting via Poslaju. If you are entitled to free shipping, your parcel will be posted using Pos Malaysia Registered Air Parcel, delivery 1-2 weeks.

Shipment is from Monday till Friday (except Selangor Public Holiday or National Public Holiday). If payment is received and notified on Friday, we will ship your order on Monday.

After payment, please submit payment notification form. Please make sure all details are correct upon submission.

For interbank transfer and cheque deposit, we will wait until payment is received and cheque is cleared before proceed to shipment. 

Shipping Method

We ship by the following reliable courier companies, every shipment comes with a shipment tracking numbers that is trackable via the courier company's tracking page.

After shipment, we will update you on your shipment tracking number by email. You should receive your parcel in the next 1-3 business days depending on your area in Malaysia, if you have not received the parcel, you should first track the package using the tracking number that we provided and contact the courier company to find out more.

International shipping will be shipped via Singapore Postal Service (delivery from 4 to 14 days), express option using DHL is available. Have a look at our international shipping page for rates or email to support@summerglitz.com.my for upgrade and quotes. Thanks.

Note: For free delivery to East Malaysia, parcel will be automatically posted by Pos Malaysia Registered Air Parcel (E-parcel) without prior notice. Delivery time frame using E-Parcel is at least 1-2 weeks. For urgent deliveries, you may top up additional shipment fees for using Poslaju service (Delivery 1-3 days).
