1. Members cannot choose shipping companies, final decision is by Summer Glitz.
2. Summer Glitz can amend the promotion without prior notice.
3. Free Shipping is applicable for delivery in Malaysia & Singapore only.
4. For FREE SHIPPING to East Malaysia, parcel will automatically be sent by POS Malaysia - Registered Air Parcel (Delivery time frame: 1-2weeks). For urgent delivery, you can top up for Poslaju service (1st kg is Free) (Delivery time frame 1-3 days). Email : support@summerglitz.com.my to enquire.
5. No minimum purchase is required to enjoy the flat rate promotion. However, the flat rate is applicable for one (1) single order only to one (1) shipping address only.
Processing of Shipment
1. We process and ship out all orders on the next business day if payment is received and notified today, i.e. Monday to Friday, except public holidays. . However, we might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem.
2. When we post out your items, we will send you a shipment email with tracking number on the same day by 2PM (GMT+8.00). Orders are shipped by Poslaju, TNT, City-Link, Pos Malaysia Registered Air Parcel, or Singapore Post for international order. You will be given a tracking number whereby you can track your package by visiting the respective courier companies' tracking system and entering your tracking number into the space provided.
