Return Procedure

1. Buyer fill in the Refund Request Form

2. Buyer post the item using reliable courier (strictly courier only, no registered mail, no pos express) to Summer Glitz

  • Name: Put your Order Number here (100XXXXXX) and attention to CS Michelle

  • Note: We are not responsible if the item is lost or damaged during the transit

3. Summer Glitz will email the credit note with voucher code to Buyer registered email address within 2 working days upon received of the returned products

4. Buyer uses voucher code to make purchases on our website

Selected items including books, breastfeeding accessories & etc or otherwise as stated in the product's pages are NOT returnable.

All items under clearance / defective category are not returnable nor exchangeable

Returned item must be in its original TAG, original PACKAGING, UNDAMAGED, UN-WASHED, UN-WORN

Refund is strictly in Summer Glitz shopping voucher, we do not refund in cash basis
