How to use	Warm Compress - to stimulate flow of breastmilk before feeding / pumping - Place the thermo pad in a bowl of hot water for approximately 10 minutes. - Alternatively place the thermo pad in a microwave oven for 30 second intervals until reaching the required level of temperature - Dry the thermo pad with a cloth or towel before use. - Place the thermo pad on the back of your hand to test the temperature before applying it to the breast - If it is too hot, wrap the thermo pad in a thin towel before applying to the breast Cold Compress - to sotthe sore or engorged breasts - Place the thermo pad in the refrigerator of freezer and let it cool to the optimum temperature - Alternatively, immerse the thermo pad in a bowl of cold water - Place the thermo pad in the back of your hand to test the temperature before applying it to the breast If it is too cold, wrap the thermo pad in a thin towel before applying to the breast
