Method	1) For stimulation and pumping, gently place the pump on the breast and squeeze the bottle. Hold on for 2-3 seconds, then repeat. When milk begins to flow, hold and press the bottle and let the milk flow out. Repeat if necessary. Transfer milk to storage bottle. 2) As milk collector, gently place pump, hold and press bottle. Its useful when direct latching your baby. It will collect the extra milk when leaks.
Cleaning	1) Wash with warm soapy water and it is safe to be sterilized. 2) Stay away from sharp objects. 3) Store in dry and cool place after usage. 4) Please check the products well before use, please stop using if irritation occurs.
