Product Description	Techni Ice reusable dry ice sheet 4ply comprises of 2 non-woven textile layers, which encapsulate a specially formulated cross-linked polyacrylate polyalcohol co-polymer refrigerant combined with a post treated trade secret formula. An additional 2 heavy duty plastic layers, containing a one-way microperforation technology are bonded to the textile layers. This ensures that this new model can withstand the harshest of operational climates with performance that can only be described as revolutionary. "Re-usable dry ice?" A remarkable leap forward in ice pack technology utilising a cross-linked polyacrylate polymer that can be frozen right down to minus 190C (that's more than twice as cold as dry ice!). Techni Ice reusable dry ice packs / gel packs is often frozen in blast freezers to minus 80C when used in dry ice applications. New Techni Ice reusable dry ice packs / gel packs HDR model can be used very successfully even when frozen in domestic household freezers. Techni Ice reusable dry ice packs / gel packs will freeze between minus 18C and minus 21C when the freezer is adjusted to the maximum setting.
How to use	To hydrate your Techni Ice faster use warm water. Keep Techni Ice fully immersed whilst hydrating the cells as water enters from both sides to activate polymer. Scrunch sheets between hands while fully immersed in warm water until the air bubbles have escaped and cells have commenced hydration. TO FREEZE: Keep in freezer for at least 10 hours. TO HEAT: Place hydrated sheet in microwave for 1-2 minutes or wrapped in a towel in hot water. Your Techni Ice is ready to use.
NOTE	Techni Ice Usage Tips-HDR Model Your techni ice sheets should start frozen and a gradual cold transfer will take place which slowly transfers the cold energy from techni ice into the perishables and drinks ,etc. which will eventually leave the Techni Ice cells in the softer state and the perishables and drinks icy cold for a long period . You will note that the Techni Ice cells still retain significant chill factor even in the eventual softer state
Caution	Check to make sure sheet is not too hot before placing on body. Remove from your body if it feels too hot. Use a towel between your body and Ice packs for soothing relief.
Recommendation / Suggestion	RECOMMENDED USAGE Cooler Bag & Small Ice boxes under 20 Liter – Up to 3 sheets Medium Icebox (45 Litre) – 6 sheets FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE: Use 1 sheet of Ice packs per 7 litres of icebox capacity or place block ice on the bottom of the ice box and create a blanket of Herolily Ice packs sheets by placing them around the walls and have a layer of Herolily Ice packs below the lid.
